HOLD UP!!!!!!!

WHERE THE FOCK IS 'CAYN'

Or isn't Cayn part of bintiland anymore? Kind of strange when your constitution states that Cayn as a gbobol, is part of bintiland but when hosting a football tournament, this very same cayn is not represented

   loool learn the geography of Somalia. Somalia is 18 regions. Cayn was created by Daahir Riyaale to divide Dhulbhante with iidoor. Lool anyways 15 regions are taking part apart from 3 regions aka triangle state.

As weve seen in the Puntland tournament the the missrepresentative administration couldnt do sh*t to players in Sool and Sanaag that wanted to play in the tournament. Hell it couldnt even set up ballot boxes there during its very own Dir election.
Most of Sool is controlled by the local population, Somaliland just frequents the exterior of the land incase there is an invasion.
