I'm curious, has al-Shabaab offered terms of surrender to the TFG? If not, why not?

Yeah, have all foreign troops leave, and surrender unconditionally. Not much room for negotiations.

tfg is irrelevant. Amsiom is the power in Mog and unless shabab causes serious damage to them and they feel seriously threatened, nothing will change in Mog.
