Cyber talking has become part of peoples' live: people get advice, talk to, make friends and even meet their partners in Net. It is real. So yes, people can be harassed in the Net. If someone can talk to people in the Net for laugh and comforted what makes unreasonable that they cannot feel harassed?.

Nobody wants to be harrased when they want to converse with people pleasantly. THIS IS COMMON SENSE.

wallalo i understand that and even some people committed suicide because of cyber bully , that's why i was protecting granpa and likes him. but at the end he should grow a thick skin or ino iska amuso.
