Many Arabs and Islamic militants are manipulating new immigrants who happen to be Muslim but from different parts of the world. My community (Somali) has been forced to be on their side even though they abandon us in our darkest hour. Somalia is almost 100% Muslim and located few hundred miles from the Arabian peninsula, but yet never intervene. those arab rulers including Sadam Hussein and all other rulers armed Siad Barre for twenty years and today they run the islamic schools in North America and brainwashing our kids with anti-Jewish slogans. We (Somalis), as a people never had any problem with Jews, as a matter of fact we would be more happy if they (Jew) cease to see all Muslim to be one, have you ever ask yourself why Bin Laden or muslim terrorist never penetrate somalia? because we simply despise them (arabs and other militant muslims). when Siad Barre was there, they were also there but when he was gone, they were also gone and America came to our rescue from thousands of miles away, thanks to them.
But the Jewish community has also her problem, they have problem differentiating the different kind of muslim. we were muslim since the seven century and never had any problem with Jews, as a matter of fact we only met them here in Canada, smart people with a lot of dignity ... Our community do not need any problems specially with Jews, our problem is literally different, our homes back home is still burning but those Arabs are dragging us into this politics that we cannot undertand, we are almost 1/3 of muslims living in canada, arabs most of the time wants you for propaganda while jews help you to integrate within the society and become good citizen with no hatred towards anyone, that's quite different. The best exemple that you can take is that lady called Hodan Hassan from CAIR, probabily her own clan are dying of starvation and while she is here defending ...arabs in washington. what a shame
So my question is: Why can the Jewish community help us to settle here in canada and help us to be stay away from arab or muslim affairs by empowering young educated somalis? We could easily divert the attention and at the same empower our community and become good citizens who will be ally in the future, instead of associating ouselves like that woman Hodan Hassan... Or how to approach jewish leaders in order to explain what's going behind those veil mosques and islamic school here in canada.
