Coeues I would actualy want Sharif to sign of the Ogaden and lets see if normalcy would return to Somalia.

The Ogaden issue has been hyped too much.

The bottom line is Xabashi beleive that Somalia itself is part of Greater Ethiopia/Abysinia just like what Menelik said.

If it were up to you, im sure you would like Somalia to sign of alot of important thing.

Ethiopia wants ports and if they recognised SL other regions and nationalities in Ethiopia would also want independence.

Yeah he signed it off in Djibouti but Mengistu still screwed him.
MSB lost the support of the Ogaden people (both in the Govt and also dismantling WSLF)and Mengistu did not uphold his promise of dismantling the rebel groups that were a threat to Somalia.

When Somalia's civil war started and Mengistu was also kicked out of Addis he bragged about having destroyed the enemy of Ethiopia.

If the ogadens ever want to be indipendent then i would gladly support that. They have been fighting ethiopians ever since colonialism ended. They have every right to determine what they want. They could even keep what is left of ethiopia in check. However with their lack of infrastructure, education and political maturity. I think it would be wise for the to join Somalia, so that we could help then build cities and give their children a life beyond woyane soldiers raping their parents. This is were our priority lies.

Besides under the banner of federalism, there is no need for recognition. The ogadenians will rule their regions under the Somali flag. Just like nort Somalia.

We will of course focus on Somalia first, but we will always maintain a policy that states that we dont recognise the borders of Ethiopia. Until we have the means and capability to secure Ogaden again, then we will support ONLF finanically and logistically. With all the liberation groups that exists in Ethiopia, i would say you dont need a invasion to make the goverment fall. Just support every fraction with financial aid. Just like we did with Eritrea.

MJ are in the Ogaden,

All Somalis in Somalia have a heritage link to the Ogaden, how can you support Ethiopia or don’t want the Ogaden when your bloodline is linked to the region.
