The Jerusalem of America: Crown Heights

I was reading an article today about Crown Heights in Brooklyn, New York and this city is worse than Jersualem. Orthodox Jews and Blacks have been killing each other and warring forever. Blacks even lynched an Australian Hasidic Jew back in '91 because a Jewish guy ran over a curb and killed a black kid. Now considering that almost 80% of America's influential Jews from Larry King to both Jewish Supreme Court Judges Ginsburg and Kagan to even recent Minnesota Senator Norm Coleman come from Crown Heights, is this why they are both familiar with African-Americans and sympathetic towards?

Its different now, the Blacks are second class citizens there. Blacks have come a long way, and even now have the same rights as Whites, but trying to take on the Yahood is a different story. I heard in Crown Heights, if a Madow does any crime against a Yahood, He will get literally 3x the jail time

Well to be honest most Blacks in the criminal justice system are repeat offenders so that could explain the skewering of statistic, however the place is majority black and Jews typically want Blacks to succeed at least from my observations. Do you sometimes feel out of all the people in the US, Jews invested the most for Black rights and even now still lead in trying to help blacks succeed? But it is kind of different living next to each considering Jews are typically peaceful and academic while American Blacks especially in ghetto environments like their sections of New York's boroughs are people still trying to break the bonds of the cycle of disenfranchisement which means still dealing with thuggery and huge crime.

I agree 100%. Heck forget as a Black, even as a Muslim I never felt any sort of hostility from Yahood. I remember My first job out of College, I had a Yahood team lead. This Guy used to go out of His way to help, and He knew I was Muslim. Also it is known as a Universal fact that Yahood do no have a problem with You succeeding per se, they just do not want You to surpass You. Be that as it may, wax bey ku ogolyihiin. As for Crown Heights, the fact of the matter is Madow are straight up burcad and to live with them is extremely difficult. To make matters worse their leaders like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson are always apologetic for their sometimes irrational behavoir, and make excuses for them. I don't know about You, but if You gave Me the choice to live in a black neighborhood or a Yahoodi neighborhood, I'm living in the Yahoodi neighborhood. At least in the Yahoodi neighborhood I will be able to sleep at night without hearing loud music, and My car will not be jacked every other day
