Yh Emperior is right.

Mashallah nice Mosque, also maybe they do give a lot of Zakat and charity. To be honest I don't hear many stories about poor people in the UAE unlike the US.

Assalamu caleykum,

Abu Dawood narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I have not been commanded to build lofty mosques.” Ibn ‘Abbaas said: You are going to adorn (mosques) as the Jews and Christians adorn (their places of worship). This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.

There is no harm in building a decent Mosque and people don't need to have mosques made of mud..But these people from that part of the world are just too extravagant.. $545 million would have saved millions and millions of people from hunger, it would have created jobs for millions of people, it would have built bridges or farms or anything that is useful for a society to survive...But NOOO they have to show off. They throw away money to show off..They live in a world of fantasy..and they enslave people..I hate to watch a women shopping around and every time she wants to pay, the maid has to bring her handbag to take the money from..How heavy is a handbag :?: Why would any human being to have his wallet or handbag carried by his servant :?:  Filthy  I cant stand dadka akibra

And most of the time this money is benefited by the giant companies that build it..Which are not from their country

Yes a Waste of money. Dubai is very beautiful I have a cousin who lives their. Have you seen the somali area is so poor and not clean and unpresentable. I think they treat somali's there badly.

Yes, the money benefits giant Western companies, most of them from your adopted country.
