Absolutely NOTHING to do with Somalia ......in the interest of fairness .
As you all can see the star is YELLOW here whereas the star in the middle of the Somali flag is WHITE --> :som:
So a little bit of history here .
This flag below was that of the Belgian Congo {1908-1960}

I believe it is the Somalis who copied the Congolese flag and changed the color of the star from yellow to white .

Yeah , Somalia got its independence the 1st of July 1960 .Congo got its independence from Belgium a day EARLIER , my argument has still its historical "relevance " :lol: :som: <-- stolen from Congo !{fuckin 'pirates}

Incorrect. This :som: was hoisted on June 26th, 1960 in Hargeysa.

The Masaxi people of Sudan, the nomads with the cattle look like somalis. The breed of cattle they herd is similar to that of somalis, Masia and Tutsi.

The South Sudanese are mostly Luo, who are distantly related to Masai but a distinct people
