you call those liberal? Those are pretty close to kufrAsalaamu 'alaykum warahma,
This is pretty much in line with my views, and I don't find it to be too liberal. I think this works within the framework of traditional Islam, an Islam that existed since the early generations! Since Aisha (ra) was teaching these MEN, what Islam is about.![]()
Liberal for me would be:
. Hijab is not a must
. You may marry a non-muslim
. It is okay to be lesbian
. It is okay to be sleeping with a man that isn't your husband
. Acts of worship are overlooked
and etc.
What if a Hijabi tells you "I've become a bit more liberal"Asalaamu 'alaykum warahma,

I'd be worried, as far as I know if you wear the hijab, and believe in the fundamentals of Islam, then you are not a liberal! You are following traditional Islam.
