3.Socially- Westernised and modernised culturally, so they know how to live in the west, how to handle the west.

Also make sure that want a partner; not someone you are just providing everything for. Such as a lazy house wife who sponges off you. They should help you in this life, help you career wise take you to the next level. Represent you very well.
