..wrinkle my nose and have this 'Ewww' look on my face whenever someone offers me food. Not when im over at someones house but when im out and about with people and they have food in their hand and I want to politely decline. But my face has the look of someone saying "Yuck, what that crap? No thanks."
How do I stop this? Im a nice person and people are going to start to think im an ungrateful little so and so and then stop offering me stuff

I have the same problem but I just tend to tell them straight up being straight forward that am germaphobic and that I don't like eating things that don't belong to me and tell them not to get offended hope that helps hun

i think alot of people are like this sis, its just a way to say no thanks am good but, your face looks like your about to vomit or something
