If it turns out to be true, its exactly the kind of development we need! I always Imagined if a postal system were to be implemented in Puntland, or anywhere else in Somalia, that it'd have to start off with being kinda like a xawaalad at first. You know, like a hub were people could drop off & pick up (therefore no need for any house numbers). The services would of course only then be offered to whomever was willing to pay for the official stamps. Not a bad way to get some revenue for the state.
Hope you know that's how the US postal office started, and WHY people have addresses in the first place.
(ps: They need to find a new design,....not feeling the presidents face on it at all. lol)
