Kismaayo will use capitalism in full speed, we will build roads extending into Ethio, Uganda, South Sudan and what have you. we will be the Hong Kong of China :up: 8-)

Non-heirarchical Socialism? I'm not sure that is possible people.

The answer to the question is neither. Socialism will require the abolishment of the idea of property. 'Capitalism' forces you to give up your cultural distinctiveness in favour of Americanised consumerism.
