Soo I recently paid my cell phone bill and put my money in card., today I come to find that I can't find my card anywhere. I check my online statements and ALL my money is there which is impossible because I paid my cell phone bill on friday and on top of that my cell phone bill shows up as 3 months worth of bill but yet says i paid my bill on the 28th SO WHATS GOING ON!!! am soo confused what the hell should i do?! wtf
I don't mind the paying my bill but charging me 203 for a defeactive phone? Naw bullshit can u believe they had me on hold for 2 hours and then hung up on me?
