Who keeps a diary ??!?

I do ever since my old counsellor told me it might help
Where do u jot things down?
I used to have a proper diary but then the lock broke
And since I dont want anyone knowing my deepest thoughts, I threw it away.
I now use the notes section on my iPod touch .. Locked with a password of course
I think keeping a diary is beneficial cos u can look back on it and think wttf . I used to think like that.

A diary for reminders at work and key dates. But now i use outlook reminders or my BB.
Not for thoughts and stories.
