Muslim Brotherhood is smart

Postby James Dahl » Sun Jan 30, 2011 10:07 pm

They are saying all the right things, they may end up in charge of Egypt in a couple years democratically.

Ironically though a situation that would allow them to democratically assume power would be the end of them. They are united in the face of their own oppression, but once that's no longer an issue, 5 decades of ideological differences on economic policy, foreign policy etc will rear its head and it will probably split into 3 pieces.

May Allah forgive the sins of Mohamed Al Bana, the other day I was watching a documentary film about his assassination and i end up being ferociously angry.

Well indeed the party is smart:they have long ago paid farewell to violence and its only the Mubarak regime and any other groups that have an issue with the name "Muslim" that tend to describe them as the bogeyman that everyone should hate.

that part are the only islamic movement i really enjoyed their history and reading their books.
well educated, well organized, mature movement.

i remember when i was young when i ask my dad, are you salafi, or what is your political islamic view, he would say: im ikhwan muslimeen.

i liked years ago when they had move on the ground between youth/university students. now like they loosing the youth support and becoming sophisticated org.
