Well, lets say if you are a banker and was hired to become the minister of health? Wouldn't that be off? All I know of Mr Hashi is that he is an architecture and based on that he should be heading a different ministry.

The kiss is for respect..He is known for being one of the handful people who are not corrupt. He does not steal even one dollar. He is also a very hard working man..and he already cleaned the corruption and every bad thing from his dept. He does not chew khat. People who are holding all the ministerial positions are not necessarily selected for their background...Very few of them at most
