^^LMAO since when is it wrong to claim the land of your grandparents and your tribe ? is it my fault that my ancestors moved all over Somalia from Sool, Hawd, Mudug, Galgagaduud, Gedo, Jubbada Dhexe, Liban , Jubbada hoose, Wajir, Mandheera.

It is true that starting from Hiiraan...To Kismayo the country is fertile..But the north has OIL that is why Somaliland does not want to let go of SSC land as it is their land that has the biggest oil reserve..The company that Osman Atto was working when things fall apart..CONOCO...At Holhol.....

Where is this Oil people in the North talk about? It is the biggest exaggeration. They are referring to those documents released in the late '80s that referred to potential Somali Oil Deposits and that included many places in the South. Runti the South does not need the North for anything, not even this mythical oil.
Why don't you take this South thing your bragging about and make it your own country then sxb.

Dee its not the South who's saying everyday 'We're breaking off, we're breaking off'. As a Southerner all I'm saying is if you Guys wanna break off, break off we're good. We will not fight You but will wish You luck. Too many times Somaliland/Puntland kinda use this "We're not gonna be a part of Somalia anymore" as if its a punishment to Southenr Somalia

Ask anyone, there was a Conoco company that was in the middle stages of drilling oil in Holhol...That is where Cusmaan Caato got his money from it is in the SSC region very close to the border between the Dhulos and MJs borders..Not that I would like to call it an oil for a clan but this is for all Somalis as it should be

The Oil is in the north

One myth that must be dispelled is that, what was formerly North-Somalia held oil or other natural resources not present in other regions of the former Somali republic. This is simply not true. It was always speculated that Somalia was endowed with natural resources and in particular oil. Though this is probably true, it is most likely that oil will be found in a variety of regions (both the north and south). Moreover, it is likely that significant oil is deposited along the long coastline of Somalia.

Alot of the people claiming south were born in the north and those claiming north were born in the south.

That alone shows you that with peace, all the regions need one another to survive.

Northers with their Nomadic tribal mentality is the cause of all our failures

Our only failure was to allow you northerners to flock to our Pearl city and infest it like roddents. All the wars pre 1960 or even prior to colonial era were wars that occured in the north.
