you are suggesting that we (Somalis) should do research before we say things, which i completely agree with you, but i am afraid you are making the same mistake. it seems that you haven't done any research regarding February which means to me that you are just another Somali. facts: on leap day (year), February has 29 days. if you want more proof, here it is: 2000 (Tuesday) 2004 (Sunday) 2008 (Friday) all these years had February 29.

so instead of saying "they" you should say "we" need to learn the art of researching. and one more thing, not everyone can do research.

How much more research can I make, then it being my birth month? And the fact that I was always puzzled why once in the blue moon (4 years) it becomes 29 instead of the good ol' 28.

Marka my other topic! I love my Somalis but they really need to learn to give the benefit of doubt and not assume the person doesn't know what their on about. Why are you all assuming it was leap year, when MOST of feb is NOT within leap years! The police men laughed at him because it WAS NOT a leap year.

the policemen were psychic? how would they know it was a leap year that fast??? you wouldn't know unless you do some research and honestly i think these policemen were just idiots because they assumed all Februaries end with 28 days. i don't think this guy was idiot because he knows his birth day better than all of us. and i refuse to assume nothing else.
