When you're helping people you should not help them based on your nationality. The misery of a Ruwandan female is not less of a priority than that of a Somali woman. It's like giving charity money and only giving it to those in Somalia.

Somali problem is not even that big, it's just never ending political problems.

However in congo, there are rebels that attack villages and rape every living things (old, young, men, women, babies, children etc) all because of resources and to me doing something about this is more of a noble cause then trying to help out people who dont wanna be helped (Somalida).
