how can i get into contact with the ADMINISTRATOR ?

i have sent him (WARYAA) a message and he has still not responded, it is not concerning banning or topic removal but a simple question. since he is not responding i guess he does not visit his own forum much, so i presume he left someone in charge i like to know who that is, i just have a simple question to ask. :)
