They didn't discuss all main reasons...but they did touch upon a lot of issues, these being some of them.

1) Absent layabout fathers, risk putting their daughters off Somali men for good 2) Why Somali males don't show affection, are unromantic , e.g walking in front of wife, not being seeing in public pushing a pram or shopping cart 3) Tribalism - parents refusing a proposal because the guy is from *langaab* tribe

ps I am not saying you have been married to gaal but then just again saw how you have detailed the cadaan men's ways of living withe their wives.
