not really. if you were paying attention, you would have seen Washington state and Hawaii on the list. i don't think these two states are nearly as cold as Siberia or Nordic countries. in fact, Hawaii is the warmest state in the nation.

Here is the most up-to-date list and Washington State is outside of the top 10. Hawaii is 1 out of 10 so its presence on the list is negligible .
