^^^ lol. Someone teach Faroole basic global governmental civic hierarchy. What is he? 78? and he can't fanthom the idea that state leadership falls under federal governing?

Either that or they can raise a whole separate entity flag and depend a hopeless frozen independence movement like Somaliland did. I can't stand this " Oh I am not wishing for separatism idea yet I will disrespect the federal prime minister and his agenda" ordeal. Typical Puntland leadership nonsense, no sense of straight talk. Too much luq luq maaro.
