I know a family called the Sanussis - good people. Anyway I heard the Senussi were a group of Salafi monarchs, if so, they've got my support.

Even though I don't exclusively follow any madhab (from a family of Shafi'is) I was always inclined towards the Hanbalis and have a soft spot for the salafis. That being said I read lot's of books from a range of scholars/intellectuals from Ibn Rushd to Ibn Taymiyah. I have never had any ill-will towards our sufi brothers.
