The destruction is caused by Al Shabab. If you go to youtube, you can find many videos of them just launching hundreds of rockets at the government controlled side of Mogadishu without the slightest care. They are controlled by a small, elite group of foreigners who don't give a shit about the destruction of Mogadishu....they just want to make war against the Somali government without any chance of negotiation. Foreigner Al Shabab out of Somalia.
