You know whats funny about all Khaleejis? They are either super skinny/unhealthy looking or obese. Nothing in the middle. I mean if You cannot gain weight in Carabaha then You will never gain weight. Just eat a lot of laxam/bariis, stay indoors as much as possible, watch nucmaan or something, and You should gain.

I started training hardcore back in Janurary and alxamdurilah have gotten great results. To take it to the next level though I'm thinking about starting P90x. My schedules gonna get busier and I won't have time to spend 2 hours in the gym every day. Being able to do those workouts @ home, only taking 1 hour/high intensity sounds appealing. Also I would rather be able to do 20 plus pullups, 50 plus pushups (real pushups) then to be able to bench this amount or squat that amount.
As for cardiovascularly alxamdurialh I've always had great stamina, I can sprint 15 min on the treadmill @ a time before I have to jog again and then sprint again. When I run outside though it is a different animal, and I'm nowhere near great. The problem is during the Winter there is noway You're gonna get me to run outside in 15 degree weather, thats insane. Lastly about the whole summer thing, to see results by the summer You have to start working out in the winter latest/early spring. I always laugh at these folks who fill up the gym/use all the machines in April/May by that time You're getting in shape for the fall/winter not summer

Btw, motivation has to be found other then the same ol "I wanna take My shirt off @ the beach" I hear ppl say. You have to wanna do it for You, not dumb reasons like that. The motivation has to come from something else or else the person will just quit after two days.

You should just do Yoga/Pilates. As long as a girl has a relatively flat calool, and doesn't have chungs of fat in her love handles, she's okay.
