I used to be one of the biggest supporters of moving the capitol, until reality set in. No matter what, the bottom line is the biggest epicenter, most densely populated district of the Country is Mogadishu as battered as it may be. The biggest thing that made me realize this was when the ICU captured Mogadishu; within 4-5 months they had from Raskamboni and were just outside of Galkacyo on their way furthur North.
