Haha future looks good now in xamar abayo babygirl. My paternal side awoowe lives in Cwaaq, the rest in gedo. The xamar house is still in good shape

It would be stupid to live there and contribute to that economy while neglecting that of your traditional regions but selling it now for next to nothing is also stupid. Properties in Mogadishu will have a lot of worth in the future. It is better to hold on to it and cash on it later. But if we are to go by qoraxay's attitude towards what is going on in Somalia I doubt that is what her father is planning to do.

Qoraxeey we tougth Xamar was great in the 20s and stayed there till we lost everything in the 90s, don't be fooled twice by Abgaal-king and the mooryaan crew . :lol: :lol:

in a perfect somalia it would be great to invest anywhere in the country,
however we know thats not the case.

I would like to invest in mogadishu and marka.barawe is on my list,my father already owns a house in marka but it is occupied by other relatives..any one know the price of real estate there?

Xamar is the capital of somaliweyne. People have return and build it up again. So we can go back to the good old days so maha. Also this is only baby step, we have many family houses to rebuild inshallah but it takes money n better govermena. Farmajo gives us hope. Change yes we can
