dont sell your house, many people who use to live in Xamar are making money of their houses by renting it out. but if you have land than its best to sell it. building house in Xamar is really dumb.

ok, but why is he doing it now, my family owned a large villa and they repaired it ages ago and it has been rented out for years now, i know some of my extended family they had alot of houses in one area, they are rented offices for NGO workers.

basically if he is repairing your old house thats fine, you should have done it ages ago.
