i guess the member didn't want to be known that he is trying to make new account/username, so he asked me and i humbly accepted to do that favor for him.

If you register a new username you won't be able to post unless it approved by a moderator. If the I.P address you post from happens to match that of an existing member then your username will be deleted. That is the new Somalinet policy to combat multi-nickers.
