For a while I despised grandpa khaliif and even exchanged unpleasant pm's but the brother seems sincere and even though I disagree with his extreme views, he has good heart. With that said, his remarks against baree hiraale deeply upsets me and I wish he stopped.

Suufism? well many days ago I use to indulge in mushrik activites (may allah forgive me) and that time I didn't know my deen properly at that time and I was ferfervent to go with what I was taught in the family. I then started reading up on great heroes like Sh Ibn taymmiyah and waxan dhegaystay story of umar bin khattab and many other lectures from sh anwar al awlaki. and I listened to some lectures from him and read the books he recommended including Ibn kathir books, Sh al bani ibn taymiyahh and their verdict on jihad fi sabeelilah. and many other sheikhs like sh Abdalla Azzam (rahimullah) who influenced me alot. I am still learning more and more everyday and inshallah by summer time I will quit SNET and continue in cibadah
