Anyone formulating a solution to solve a somali problem must incorporate a means to accept or compensate for natural OPPISITION to change.

I think Addis Ababa is a dictatorship. They are more poor people in Addis-ababa alone then the whole Somalia.
They are dirty, unclean. Only few families live good. Some of them cry everyday wishing to have another leadership in Addis-Ababa.
