Isn't that what Siyaad Bare did up until he bumped his head and remembered he was Mareexaan? Sounds too much like history repeating itself to me.

Qabiil is just qabiil, why give it more power than it has by turning it into a boogeyman? Better off building museums and making a curriculum that teaches kids about other qabiils, their history and their culture. If you're afraid of something, you try to understand it and you realise it's actually not so scary.

I would have ban anyone who does not pass the national test for political participation. You need to pay the government that test too. We need to have someone who can write atleast two pages of an essay about politics and how politics works. We must have what I call the privilege politician. It is privilege to become a politician in Somalia. That way is the only good way to get some good interesting politician in Somalia.
