Goverment of Somalia: "All weapons need to be registred"

The transitional federal government of Somalia on Saturday afternoon called for armed businessmen and politicians to register their weapons with the minister of interior and home security.
Speaking reporters in Mogadishu, Mohamoud Ahmed Nur better known as Tarzan, the mayor of Mogadishu, said that the step of weapon registration could help government to assure the security and tranquility perfectly.
Somali government in the past reiterated its ban on carrying weapons in the areas of public places.
