kurki, my approach to solving somalia's problem is to focus on Mogadishu. Forget about pseudo all inclusive national conferences and concentrate on helping (or at least not sabotaging) initiatives that have a shot on putting Mogadishu under one control. Secure Mogadishu should be a prerequisite for all future national conferences. Let ppl from Puntland, Bay, Somaliland, etc go to their localities and wait when the right time comes for a national gov init. Give reer Mogadishu a chance
