Fighting against skinny genes. I finding that eating is as important as doing strength training.

gaining weight is easy i see these somali guys in ma uni complaining that they cant gain weight.....eat and sleep :up:

am 78kg ..last November i was 67kg
am planning to restart gym again inshallah :up:

It's so easy to gain, but so hard to loose, I slacked off the last a few weeks and I gained 1 pound :down:

It's so easy to gain, but so hard to loose, I slacked off the last a few weeks and I gained 1 pound :down:
Different people have different genes, different body composition. My mother and my father are both very slim. I am built like a marathon runner. I can run for ages and run good times even when I don't train. It is possible , though, with the right training and eating.

its easy to lose i can lose 10kgs in 2 to 3 months..just jogging and foootball :up:

Same problem here. I can lose 5 pounds in 3 days just sitting on the couch and watching TV :lol: ---but I can't gain 1 pound when I try.
