Different people have different genes, different body composition. My mother and my father are both very slim. I am built like a marathon runner. I can run for ages and run good times even when I don't train. It is possible , though, with the right training and eating.It's so easy to gain, but so hard to loose, I slacked off the last a few weeks and I gained 1 pound
