The warlord of Uganda has threatened to recall his mercenaries from Somalia, the UPDFs serving under the "AMISOM" mission in Somalia.
It is not clear if this is just rhetoric on the part of Yoweri to test his new found leverage in the Somali saga. He knows his country does not have the logistical capabilities to pull his troops safely out of Somalia. In fact, the large cargo planes that bring in supplies belong to other African countries.
