The question is did he fight him for the sake of God and the religion, or to merely replace him on the throne of vice? I think we both know the answers to that, as was proven by the actions of your kinsmen after the overthrow, so drop the act buddy.

That is irrelevant. We do not dismiss the virtuous actions of a said person, because of indiscretions after the fact. The removal of that atheist regime had to happen. May God bless those who partook in that struggle. I honour it each year :som: :sland:  .

And before you rant on about the destruction of Somalia, we should not that

a) Outside of Muqdishu, most cities were ignored by that regime. A lot of Somalis never saw the supposed development people speak about under Barre's regime
b) Material success comes after Religion. The communist regime nearly sent the entire nation to hell.
There were no "vitreous actions". The intention was purely to dethrone one secular leader and replace him with another. Aideed was a tribal warlord who sought power at all costs, including plunging the entire nation into perpetual civil war. If you think Somalia is better off today than it was then, why the fuck are you in the West? See your hypocrisy and corruption of faith is so easily apparent that it becomes distasteful engaging with you. You are dismissed from the thread.

Only God judges intention. We judge by what is apparent, and what is apparent, is that Caydiid, USC, and SNM defeated the Communist regime. I find this action commendable  .

Secondly, We left Somalia during Siyaad's regime. I am not a qaxooti, such as yourself, who was expelled from Somalia after your wretched uncle was deposed. If I was in America at the time your ass was fleeing, I would have advised the relevant authorities to refuse you entry.

Somalia is better off religiously today. At the end of the day, if your diin is safe, then everything else PALES in comparison. Secularism is dead and buried (Even TFG realizes this), and the Shirki Suufi Grave worshipping culture is becoming extinct. I would even say, that outside of Mogadishu, most other major centres of Somalia society are doing better now, than they were under your uncle.

The organisations who were fought were indeed secular in nature, but they did not hinder the spread of the Dacwah. Under their reign, the culemaa were given much more freedom to preach. Furthemore, Islamic courts were set up during this time, sometimes at the behest of these people in Question. This is 100X better, than a man who insulted Allah SWT and his nabi, suggesting that his laws were backward  .

Somalia today is a failed state. It’s national institutions are gone, its sovereignty nonexistent, its real leaders sit in New York and Addis Ababa, and what little natural resources it had have been long shipped off to foreign lands at bargain prices. As for religion, what good is a religion that is only theoretical in nature? Islam says do not lie, do not kill, do not be corrupt nor take what is not yours, but do any Somali people actually follow this? Not many. And what good are Islamic courts if they have no ability to bring meaningful law and order to a society?

Under MSB Somalis had dignity, had pride and the ability to hold up their heads up high and walk the best. Today what pride do we have? Just a few days ago you were showing off about how many of your cadaan friends know about aided because of black hawk down. Is that what Somalis have been reduced to?

You can continue praising aideed on this forum and give him all the religious blessing and vindication, but do so out of your tribal loyalties and not Islam. What has thrown the Islamic world into the dark ages and made secular government so appealing is low lives like yourself who use the religion as a vehicle to advance their own agendas. I hope there is a special spot in hell for people like you.

How´s that irrelevant? Actions are judged by intentions and we all know that every rebelgroup whether USC, SNM or SSDF weren´t driven by religion, ninyahow stop making mockery out of the religion. The reason they were fighting is irrelevant kulaha

I actually agree with union this time.

Melo you're losing the plot, you can't correlate Aidiid fight with MSB as anything semi righteous on religious grounds.
