It seems that everyone that has done it, has done it for short time periods or plans to do it for short time periods. I'm talking about for like a extended period like years.

Your body has a natural way of adapting. It may seem like a difficult thing to do, but after consitently doing it for a while, it becomes a habit. Your brain actually makes neurological connections everytime you start a new habit & pattern, not to mention you'll be waking up around your biological clock anyway, which is early morning for humans. You don't want to end up with sleep deprivation, so might want to hit the hay early, or else you'll crash eventually.

About 1 year, almost hitting 2 year. It happened when I moved to someplace that is much more further than school. I had stay that school because there were GCSES and coursework that needed to completed.

The earliest shift I have ever done is 6 in the morning, but then again I lived like 5 mins away from the place, by foot.

Every day for the past 3 years.... Very annoying! I never had a normal kid life! I'd always go to work at 7 in the morning. My friends wanna go out and watch a movie and ask if I wanna come, guess what the answer is... WORKING!!
The good thing about working early in the morning is that we get to get off early when the sun is still shining bright!
