Civilians have no alternative. They prefer having Shabab instead of Warlords and thugs who would do far worst to them.

TFG has not presented any form of governance as yet hence Farmaarjo's popularity as the people have bought into his intentions.

Patriot,

Biggest indicator was that mayor of Benadir the Tarzan dude was tryna calm the masses and they kept being rowdy. Then He mentioned someting like Yeesin ingu dhex dhuumanin kuwi wax qarxiyo or something and the whole crowed went started chanting anti shishakbab slogans. I think their run is coming to an end. I don't care how many CIA paychecks You get, You cannot continue to be in a place Where ppl don't want You at all.

I think there is alot that is hidden from us.

But if this strategy is hyjacked in that they depose him then the masses will be bewildered and lose confidence of the TFG. Then you will see the vicious cycle reinstated.

It is in the interest of the FUFU soilders to saty there as long as they are pleaased and milk the system further more they receive a share of the aid tha tgoes to somalia in the form of maintaing security.

I guess an unstable somalia is in the benefit of both Bunjumbura , Kampala and AS.

Do you thin Museveni who has been unlawfuly involced in exploiting the resources of Congo is indifferent when it comes to somalia?

Shariff had way more support when he came to power. Where did that get him? Farmajo is just feeding of the somali " let's all blind hope in the new face" factor. It will die down soon enough.
