Going through this it sounds like a lot of people will have a dry sex life and that a lot of ppl are lying.
People kind of have a case for not doing oral sex but no lipsing.
c'mon son.
My first kiss was with a girl I meet on holiday when I was 10 in Denmark. Sucking fingers and all sort but it was a good experience.
