Scramble for Africa (40 min documentary al-jazeera)

Postby ZubeirAwal » Thu Jun 16, 2011 9:37 am

Seventeen African nations gained their independence in 1960, but the dreams of the independence era were short-lived.

Africa states of independence tells the story of some of those countries - stories of mass exploitation, of the ecstasy of independence and of how - with liberation - a new, covert scramble for resources was born.

The only 2 countries that remained autonomous were Ethiopia and Liberia, Interesting.

Do you believe the darwiish was darood?, quote from 'corruption'
The list of the so called Khusuusi was invented by jamac aw cumar ciise a typical Qurjile who loves telling bedtime stories , one of the Historians Mustafe Galaal never mentioned a list off Khusuusi the Brits themselves never made such remarks. The darawiish short lived state had two Forts one was in Midhishe and one was in taleh Midhishe is a Hy stronghold in particular the gadhweyn while Taleh is a dhulos stronghold in particular nur ahmed.HJ had Ibrahim Boghul the governor of sanaag For the Darwiish state he was placed in badhan and laasqoray The First Military Commander in 1900 was Ahmed warsame Aka Haji sudi shabelle. The Foreign Minister of the Darwiish state Sheikh abdulahi shihiri and also the acting Ambassador for the short lived darwiish state in ankara. Another Hj high ranking officer was Diiriye caraale Adan madoobe one of the leading army chiefs of soutern sool region. There was even a hawiye Commander xaaji Firxad was cayr fiqhsini not reer hagar as in your list claimed. While the mullah was breastfeeding qurjile Jeberti piglets, babygirl and the likes were sucking the Mullahs tits Hj were fighting and stealing camels of poor unarmed Qurjiles in and around sool Claiming they were the righteous Darwish Dressed in sudanese clothing wear
Do you know who is the leader of al-shabab ?

Issaq was helping the british colonists as you mentiond earlier..... do you really expect me to take corruption seriusly as a historical source? Darood was as usullay protecing the motherland, Issaq as always was helping the enemy.......

I don't care who rules shabab as long as they destroy the south......

You dumb fuckin troll your'e not worth my time, what he said had historical facts and could be researched besides, if the darwiish succeed destroying the british, they would've wiped out the whole dhulbahante race let alone darood, knowing that your sayid killed more daroods than he did with isaaqs, fuckin badow .
