No wonder you are always hyper and talk to much  for real though, you should cut back a bit, and eventually become coffee free, you might experience withdrawal symptoms like headache or be on the edge at times, maybe a lil cranky, but it's all wroth it.

Besides an iced coffee drink, with extra sweetner about twice a week, I can't do coffee.
Tea? Never live without it. Mostly blacks and greens. I think too many additives ruin tea. Especially how Somalis tend to overdo and overcook it, based on experience.

Tea is not just for old people  if you don't like the sweetness, just add everything else like heel, qolfo, dhaqoyare, minus the sugar and you are good to go

Lol I am drinking tea as we speak.

Walahi my tea and coffee routine is like this:

7am- tea with breakfast
9am- Grab a coffee at work
10.30am- My coworkers buy their breakfast, they grab me a coffee on their way back down
2pm- Tea after lunch
5.30- Tea while a wait for cashoo
8- one last tea before bed.

My tea= No sugar, cloves, cinnamon and real dark

4 teas and 2 coffees most work days, Maybe 2 cups of tea on the weekends. That why I have real issues the first couple of days of ramadan
