So A Sheik Sharif Supporter Tried to Pull Hawiyism on me

Postby AbdiWahab252 » Thu Jun 16, 2011 11:37 am

The guy started repacking Sheik Sharif as a national Hawiye leader. I felt disgusted. What did Sheik Sharif do for Hawiyism ?

Was he not the same guy who saw the disarmament of Hawiye chieftans and oversaw the handover of those weapons to nonHawiyes ? Did he not embrace wadaadism over common sense ? What about those young Hawiye kids he recruited from schools in Xamar to die off in shid holes like Idaale in an uneven battle with the Ethiopians ? Or the same Shiek Sharif who works to undermine the one Hawiye state of Galmudug ?

I am not a fan of the Jeberti manifesto writer Farmaajo yet this man has done well. However, so did Jalle Siyaad before he went bad. However, appealing to Hawiyism for a Usurper Sheik Sharif is absolutely wrong  The ICU was a curse and trojan horse to destroy the Hawiye  Sheik Sharif and Co. put that trojan behind the Hawiye gates as the Jeberti and Idoor Wadaads refused to do the same

On one hand, we have non hawiye, suggesting that ICU was just a hawiye front. Now we have you telling us, that they were out there to destroy Hawiye

Shariif had the potential to go down as a national hero. Sad he ruined this chance

is it me or awahab and monk-of-mogadishu have close personalities, almost similar - just on the opposite sides of the tribal feud?

I agree. I regret to say this but Sh. Shariif doesn't seem to have the acumen for strategic thinking.

I think all Somalis together can get out of the hole we are in. For TFG, Somalis should try to reform the TF Parliament as reformed TFP is what can protect Somalia. Individuals we see today in top positions are put there by foreign powers, and they are only doing the bidding of foreign powers.

Mr Sharif is an individual who was thrust into the path of a nation stampeding to it's doom for over a decade. He was not selected for any other reason than defusing the ICU in order to pacify them. There was little consideration or forethought beyond the neutralisation of the ICU phenomenon. He has failed to become the bridge between the TFG and Shabab as was hoped. He was a temperary tool whose functions are dictated by external bodies with little factual grasp of the varriables in the somali arena. Why must he be measured on failures and successes for which he neither is responsible nor accountable?

How is he to bridge the gulf between TFG and Shabab when he has clear dictated terms of shabab's acceptance? How was he to even begin dialogue between a recognised intrim government and a group label terrorists?

Why is a bad guy if he did not favour hawiyenimo?

When he would be a bad guy if he was pro hawiye agendas?

Was it not Sharif that fast tracked the people's champion Farmaarjo?

He was neither intended to succeed nor remain for the period of his current term, he is a school teach with classroom perspective on global affairs. He is not a threat by personal intention but as a product of his naivety. He has held his ground amids the tremors of somali political stapede.

I can only expand the perimetres of your observed reality i do not have the means to aid you diggest it for what it is. Measure Sheik sharif on the true facts of his perspective on reality and i present you a saint among a stampede of headless flock of ostrich.

Ecce pactum. Id cape aut id relinque.
