Two pieces of canjeelo with beaten eggs in the middle then fried = canjeelo iyo ukun

Used to be my regular breakfast as a kid. When did we lose Somalinimo horta? I can't remember the last time my family had canjeelo, liver, malawax, oodkac, suqaar, kidneys, or any of the traditional Somali breakfast I had as kid. :|

Dude, if you get Canjeelo or Laxoox, and you put one canjeelo down on a pan and put on top of it ukun that you added sugar to it then on top of it you cover up with another laxoox.

That's the most delicious thing I ever had. :up:

Maye waxaan mooday markaad tidhi Zactar iney adiga kuu jeedaan ,laakin waxay sitaan abubakarsubeer oo yidhi , canjelo is called laxoox . Canjelo comes from "injera" an ethiopian word , so you know ..
