Sharif Hassan throws a temper tantrum at naming of PM

Postby Voltage » Tue Jun 21, 2011 12:29 am

So Sheikh Sharif and Farmaajo both decided that Professor Abdiwali Gaas, who is was deputy prime minister and Farmaajo's best friend from the same town in New York, succeed Farmaajo as the prime minister of the rest of the TFG mandate so the current ministers keep their positions. Sharif Hassan who wanted to have equal say in the naming of the new PM tried to fight against it but was finally persuaded by his friends not to spill all the milk in his cup by looking like a double spoiler. So Sheikh Sharif and Sharif Hassan called the media to announce the new prime minister but at the swearing in Professor Abdiwali walked in side by side with Farmaajo and Sharif Hassan stormed out of the place in less than 20 seconds, wtf this guy is obsessed with Farmaajo he is intimidated just by seeing his presence

Isfaham waaga ayaa yimid kadib markii sida la sheegay C/wali Max’ed Cali uu wehliyo Ra’iisul wasaarihii xukuumada KMG Max’ed C/laahi Farmaajo uu soo galay goobta uu kulanku ka socday taasi oo dhaliysay in wax yar 20 daqiiqo gudoomiyaha Barlamanku uu isaga soo baxo kulanka.

http://shabelle.net/article.php?id=7812
Intii uu socday wadahadalka labada Shariif ayaa waxaa goobta yimid Ku simaha Ra'iisul Wasaaraha C/Wali Maxamed Cali oo warqab ahaa islamarkaana isu soo diyaariyey shaacinta xilka Ra'iisul Wasaarenimo.

Shariif Xasan oo caro ka qaaday qeybsiga Golaha Wasiirada ayaa mar indhahiisa waxa ay qabteen C/Wali Maxamed Cali iyo Ra'iisul Wasaarahii is casilay ee Farmaajo oo siwada jir ah madasha u yimid, waxaana daqiiqado ka dib si caro leh Xafiiska Madaxweynaha uga soo baxay Gudoomiyaha Baarlmaanka sida ay sheegeen Xildhibaano ku dhow Shariif Xasan.

Wariyaasha meesha tagay ayaa lagu wergeliyey in uu dib u dhac ku yimid barnaamijkii loogu yeeray hasa ahatee looma sheegin wax loogu yeeray inkastoo wariyaasha ay helayeen warar duul duul ah oo ka soo baxayey kulanka Labada Shariif.

Ra'iisul Wasaarahii shalay iscasilay ee Farmaajo ayaa aad ugu ololeeynaya in Ra'iisul Wasaraha Cusub laga dhigo C/Wali islamarkaana golaha Wasiirada sidooda dib loogu soo celiyo si uu isii jiro isfahamka Golaha wasiirada.

According to this Xildhibaan interviewed by VOA, Sharif Hassan smells the "scent" of Farmaajo and can't bear to be near anyone who gets close to him
Warar ay xooraansatay Shabakada Jowhar.com ayaa sheegaya in markii hore saaka Shariif Xasan uu ogolaa in Cabdi wali loo magacaabo xilkaas, hase ahaatee mar kaliya ay wiish ku yeertay markii uu arkay Cabdi Wali iyo Farmaajo oo mar kaliya soo wada galay Xafiiska, isla markaana sidaas Shariif Xasan ku dalbaday in aan Farmaajo goob joog ka noqon karin, taasoo qorshaha goobta ahaa in Farmaajo uu xilka wareejiyo marka la magacaabo, hase ahaatee Shariif Xasan ayaa u gartay sheekada in aysan waxba ka duwan Xukuumadii uu isagu diidanaa, isla markaana Cabdi Wali ay yihiin saaxibo isku dhow isaga iyo Farmaajo.

Shariif Hassan is a business man, and he can't conduct his business with men like Farmaajo around. He wants people who he can bribe, control, etc. around him. Not the likes of Farmaajo or Gaas

He is a corrupt and illiterate charlatan who hides behind a position he should never have been allowed to take. The soon to be ex-Defense Minister, Fiqi, is just as eligible for that position if the post-transition still uses the 4.5 model. Why can't people like Fiqi sit in that position? I really don't believe in the bribe and all that stuff. Somalis like to blow things out of proportion particularly monetary value. Even if Sharif Hassan is relatively wealthy by Somali standards, that is not enough to have continue to bribe and buy people out. Two reasons for this are he was powerless before he threw his lot in with Sheikh Sharif and despite how much obstacles he put in front of Farmaajo, he couldn't persuade parliament to give a no confidence in his naming. His only trump card is his position that is willfully misused and abused.

I don't know why Jeffery Gettlemen of the New York Times would write that if it wasn't accurate. This guy has been in Somalia 5 times in the last 2 years, everywhere from Boosaaso to Cadaado to Kismaayo. I don't think he would write that out of the blue about a person holding one of the top three positions of a government if it weren't accurate.

Roving, did he really?

Btw if he never went past middle school he is not purely illiterate but functionally illiterate which means still illiterate by international literacy standards.

We are taking about third world middle school here when even American middle school reading level is considered functionally illiterate by the US government.

He basically admitted he is uneducated. Now people are surprised and call him "corrupt" for not following his job description. The question that now begs to be asked is does he understand his job description? :?:
