I have sound recording in my phone, how can I display it in this forum or internet?

Long way:

1. record sound using some sort of camera
2. upload to youtube
3. put youtube video here

i recorded a conversation that is a bit private, i want to upload it in Sade private group. Youtube is too public.

Just classify it "private".

Using phone USB upload it to your computer and then from your computer to youtube or other sites.

Convert to mp3, then upload it on this site http://www.zshare.net/, then use the link from that site and put it in the mp3 thing beside the youtube button

You can try uploading it on soundclick. It's alot easier than youtube.

upload it to ur pc via usb wire.
save it to window media player
right click on window media player
click properties
click location (select it all)
copy
paste to here
select all again(what u pasted)
click mp3
