dude,I was looking at that forbes magazine powerful list the other day,its quit the crappy list,it doesnt tell u how the editors came to those conclusions,rankings and how the nominees wield those powers.they even have some Obsecure inidian guy as the world's most wanted criminal,and other random characters thrown in there God knows how they became the world's most powerful. that list is hasty and pulled out of some drunk white guy's azz if u ask me
