A club owner had an idea of providing wrist tags to differentiate people in the club, I think the red was taken or with someone in the club and blue was single and looking. After a while they realized all the dudes who had red tags also had blue tags in their pockets so they can switch to that as soon as their girlfriends weren't by their side.
